Ingredients for Marinara sauce

0.25cupFresh basil
0.25cupFresh coriander
1Date without stone
1tspDulse flakes (can not be purchased in Denmark. try with nori cut in small pieces)
1tspGround cumin
1-2tspSea salt
2tspGround flaxseeds
2-3cloveGarlic
3tbspOlive oil
4Olives without stones
4Large tomatoes

Instructions for Marinara sauce

To prepare the Marinara sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them in a dish. The dish is placed in a sieve which is placed on top of a bowl. The wheat from the tomatoes drips into the bowl and can be drunk or saved to another recipe. Drain the tomatoes for one ½ to 1 hour.

Once the tomatoes have driped, you blend all the ingredients to a uniform mass.

It is best to wait an hour or more to serve it so that the taste is allowed to settle. There will be 3 cups.

Serves over raw pasta, like thick salad dressing or add tomato boats and it is a powerful tomato soup.
