Instructions for Marcipankage I
To prepare the Marcipankage I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop or tear the confectionery roughly on a grater. Whip the eggs in a bowl. Stir the confectionery and the eggs together and mix the mixture into a mold (about 20 cm in diameter). Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Make the cream while Mix all the ingredients together in a thickened pot. Let the cream boil on low heat until it starts to get thick, about 10-15 minutes. Stir all the time so that it does not burn. Gently turn the baked cake out of a baker and let it cool off. Shake the almonds on a plate in the oven for 3-4 min. Decorate with the roasted almond slices. Server with whipped cream.
