Ingredients for Mango Sorbet

The seeds from a pomegranate
Juice of 2 large oranges
1Egg white
1dlSugar
1dlWater
100gIcing sugar
2largeRipe mango

Instructions for Mango Sorbet

To prepare the Mango Sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the mango fruit and cut the meat from the large stone in the middle. The meat can be very woody, so you have to be a little patient. Boil a sugarcrumb of water and sugar and season the pork tenderloin with the sugar layer and lemon juice in the blender.

Bring the mass into a plastic box and freeze the sorbet for approx. 3 hours. Whip egg whites stiff and add sugar. Whip the mixture well together. Take the ice out of the freezer and whip it up with the hand mixer. Whip the mixture into the ice and freeze it again.

Remember to take the sorbet out of the freezer approx. 15 min before serving. Form the sorbet for balls and decorate it. With pomegranate kernels (they can be very sure!)
