1 | Good handful of almond flakes toasted | |
1 | Big bag of maltesers in pieces | |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
2 | trays | By Raspberry finely diced |
2 | Handfuls of meringue into pieces | |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
5 | Large eggs |
Instructions for Malteser semi-freddo
To prepare the Malteser semi-freddo recipe, please follow these instructions:
Share the eggs, egg yolks in one bowl, whites in another. Whip the whites until very stiff. Beat the egg yolks with sugar white.
In another bowl, beat the cream. Now add almonds, Maltesers, meringue, raspberry, egg whites and egg yolks the cream. Turn gently together. Pour it in a suitable form and freeze for about 2 hours, it will now be semi-frozen.
