To prepare the Malabar sirloin steaks recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pudding fat and tendons of the meat and cut some very thin steaks of just ½ cm thick. Ingredients for marinade are mixed. The steaks are turned into marinade in a flat dish. The marinade wants to cover the meat. Set the cover in the refrigerator. The meat is reversed regularly.
