1Nice big smoked mackerel

Instructions for Mackerel salad

To prepare the Mackerel salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Arrow the mackerel free of bones and skins. Bring the mackerel meat into a bowl and stir it with cream fraiche, mayonnaise, Fernet Branca and lemon juice.

Divide the eggs into plums and whites. Chop the whites and mix them in the salad. Season with salt and pepper.

Throw the salad into a bowl. Smash egg yolks through a sieve or tear them on the iron (understand me right) and put it over the salad with chives.
