The loin is divided into 8 pieces and tapped out for steaks. Brown in butter and place in a heat-proof platter.
Onion chop finely and FRY in the Pan and pour over tenderloin. Bacon roasted for it is brittle and hælds over the loin. Flip cocktail sausages in the Pan and added to the page on a plate. Mushrooms cleaned and split into quarters, toasting in the Pan and pour over tenderloin.
The peppers chop into small squares and FRY in butter on the forehead, when they've got 3-4 minutes poured water and whipped by. Simmer a few minutes and smooth it lightly with corn flour-cornstarch. Pour the sauce over the loin.
Pour cocktail sausages over corrected before it is put in the oven. The Court must be made into a preheated oven at approx. 170 degrees c. alm. oven for 20 minutes.
Served with salad or spicy mashed potato.
