The loin is divided into 8 pieces and tapped out for steaks. Brown in butter and place in a heat-proof platter.

Onion chop finely and FRY in the Pan and pour over tenderloin. Bacon roasted for it is brittle and hælds over the loin. Flip cocktail sausages in the Pan and added to the page on a plate. Mushrooms cleaned and split into quarters, toasting in the Pan and pour over tenderloin.
