Instructions for Mørbrad with pickled figs
To prepare the Mørbrad with pickled figs recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bristle is cleansed of fat and tendons. The rice is added to the boiled water, which is added to salt and, if necessary. saffron. Boil with lid for 10 min. Low heat and then turn off under them, but leave them on the heating plate for another 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, season the bread with salt and pepper and fry it all on a sauter pan for approx. 10 min. on every side. The pickled figs incl. Sirup lunes in a saucepan.
The black bread is laid on a cutting board and covered with aluminum foil.
You cook the pan with whipped cream and taste the sauce with some of the fig syrup and salt and pepper.
The tenderloin is cut into suitable pieces, which are returned to the sauce and are easily heated.
Everything is now ready for serving!
