Ingredients for Lynbrød
1 | tsp | Coarse salt |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
275 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | tbsp | Flax seed |
50 | g | Yeast |
60 | g | Sunflower kernels |
Instructions for Lynbrød
To prepare the Lynbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
Com sunflower seeds and flax seed in a cold pan. Unscrew up to strong heating and grate kernene while stirring for about 3 min.
Warm milk and stir then milk and yeast together in a bowl.
Add sugar, salt and the toasted, heat cores.
Came in and beat the dough well floured (the dough is quite liquid).
Advantage of it in a small baking pan with baking paper (approx. 4 x 18 x 25 cm)
Put the bread in the middle of the oven.
Set the oven at 225 degrees and bake the bread for about 25 mins.
Tips:
Replace if necessary. 100 g of the flour with wholemeal wheat flour.
