Instructions for Luxusboller
To prepare the Luxusboller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk lunes, and dissolve yeast in it, however, must not be warmed with. Wheat flour and the other ingredients kneaded in a uniform dough, which raises to double in size in a warm place, covered.
The dough is divided into two equal pieces, formed into balls and rest a few minutes. The marbles rolled out to two sausages, each of which is split into 15 equal sized pieces, shaped into buns and place on a greased plate and after raising to double in size in a warm place, covered.
