Ingredients for Lune Pan Bread

1 | tsp | Salt |
2.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
2.5 | dl | Whole milk |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Rye flour, wholemeal |
Instructions for Lune Pan Bread
To prepare the Lune Pan Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the rye flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and flour in a bowl. (keep a little wheat flour a little while back) Add the milk and knead the dough together.
Take the dough out on a floured and knead it thoroughly. Add if necessary. the rest of the flour.
Portion dough into 6 portions and roll them out for round dejplader (ca. 20 cm. in diameter). Melt a little butter in a frying pan (approx. 21 cm. in diameter).
Put a dejplade on the forehead and behind it by direct heat, about 2 minutes on each side. Behind the other dejplader in the same way.
Pak gradually loaves into the aluminum foil so they keep themselves warm and soft. Server loaves lune to fx. a feta salad.
