To prepare the Low fat rhubarb cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Desiccated coconut, flour, sugar, baking powder, vaniliesukker, eggs and egg whites stirred together into a dough. Rhubarb is cleaned and chop into smaller pieces. Rhubarb pieces mixed into the dough. The dough will be honored in a small baking pan 30 x 45 cm., which is lined with baking paper. Bake for about 175 degrees C min at 45-55. alm. oven.
It's a lovely cake with a fresh taste. A fine way to get served up fresh new spring rhubarb.
