25 | g | Lakridsrods powder (matas or pharmacist) |
275 | g | Sugar |
6 | Pasteurized egg yolks | |
7.5 | dl | Semi-skimmed milk |
Instructions for Low-fat lakridsis
To prepare the Low-fat lakridsis recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make a rehash of the milk where on licorice powder in. Opkoget to cool slightly.
The pasteurized egg yolks mixed with sugar and beat until you have a fluffy mass.
The now-warm milk is poured in and beat in egg mixture.
It must now be heated in a pan until you have a thick and creamy mixture. It must not stick to the bottom, so give it not too much heat.
Now let the cream cool for a bit before you now pour it into an ice cream maker and touches it.
You can also freeze the ice in a frysebar Bowl during regular stirring.
When the outer layer is frozen to ice cream, touches it together and so it goes on you until it is frozen.
