To prepare the Low fat dessert cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Weigh 150 g of partially thawed berries off. Seems it's best when they are half thawed, as the cream is still cold, but not completely ice-capped, as if they were completely frozen. Strawberries and raspberries are very good according to my taste, but all kinds of berries can certainly be used. Bring them to a food pointer, blender or similar. Pour 1.5 dl of minced milk in. Get about 5 teaspoons of powdery sweetener, depending on how sweet you want it (I use the sweetener you can get in Rema 1000). Blend it all for 10-20 seconds. This would like to thicken creamy consistency. It should be used immediately, as it otherwise collapses and separates. Use it for a banana split, either as ice cream or as a kind of "cream", along with any low fat youhurt ice cream. If you get a little more milk, it will be a bit like a milkshake and can be drunk with straws. Try out :-)
