1.5 | dl | Mini/skimmed milk |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tsp | Water (or consistency to suit you) |
2-3 | tbsp | 100% cocoa powder |
2-4 | tbsp | Flourmelis |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Dark chocolate (minimum 70%) |
Instructions for Low fat Chocomuffins
To prepare the Low fat Chocomuffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and perfectly fit together and add milk. Initially, it clumps, but it stops when you then add flour. Set the oven to 200 degrees. Knock the chocolate to the size to suit you and put the chocolate in the dough / cake mass. Heel the mass in small muffins shape and style in the oven for 25 min.
Served with Glasur: Mix cocoa, flour and water together. Put on the muffins once they have cooled.
