Instructions for Liquid fritters

To prepare the Liquid fritters recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: Flour mixed with beer, milk and the melted butter. The eggs, yolks are shared in the dough, while whites whipped stiff and reversed in the batter to finish.

The apples were peeled off, eroded and cut into round slices, which are cooked very briefly in a little sugar water. they are taken up after 0.5-1 minute and cools and dries easily. Then dip the slices in dough and cooked in lard or coconut oil until light brown.
