Ingredients for Lingonberry
Lemon balm | ||
A little fresh lingonberries | ||
½-1 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | tbsp | Gin |
2 | dl | Mountain cranberries, fresh or frozen |
3 | Egg whites | |
3/4 | dl | Water |
4 | tbsp | Sugar |
Instructions for Lingonberry
To prepare the Lingonberry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Run cranberries and sugar for a foaming mash in a kitchen machine or with an electric whip, at least 5 minutes. Whip the egg whites into hard foam and then stir the cranberries, water and gin in egg whites. Pour the mass into an ice machine and run for about 20 minutes or style it in the freezer for a couple of hours until it gets a solid consistency. Distribute the sorbet into a serving bowl. Whip the cream stiff and put a few puffs on the sorbet. Sprinkle with whole cranberries over the whipped cream.
