The shell of 8 unsprayed lemons

1kgSugar
1.5lWater

Instructions for Limoncello

To prepare the Limoncello recipe, please follow these instructions:

The lemons are peeled and the shells (WITHOUT ANY WHITE) pull in alcohol for 4 weeks.
Sugar and water are boiled to make, and subsequently poured into the spreads after the shells are sown.
The limoncello is now complete and just lacks a trip in the freezer.

Limoncello is a delicious lemon juice, originally derived from the Amalfi coast south of Naples. It must be enjoyed directly from the freezer in small glasses, - but can also be used in desserts.
