Ingredients for Lightning pork with lime and chili

Juice of ½ lime
½tspGrated nutmeg
½tspGround cumin
1Fresh green chili
1Fresh red chilli
1dlCoconut milk
1Small can of bambuskskud
1tspGround coriander
1tbspSugar
2tspCorn starch
2clovePressed garlic
2tbspSesame oil
3/4dlSoy sauce
500gPork cut into strips
6Spring onions

Instructions for Lightning pork with lime and chili

To prepare the Lightning pork with lime and chili recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the ingredients of the marinade together, mix the meat in the marinade and place it in the fridge for 1 hour.


Cut the onions in thin strips, bamboo in thin spells and chop the chilli fine.

Heat a wok and grind 1 tbsp of oil around. Brown the meat on two laps. Take it up and put on the plate.
