| 100 | g | Frozen strawberries |
| 2 | dl | Frozen berries (strawberries raspberries forest fruits) |
| 2 | dl | Yougurt naturel (Greek yougurt) |
| 1 | Egg yolk |
Instructions for Lightning-ice cream
To prepare the Lightning-ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the egg yolk and sugar lightly together and place in a bowl next to you. Blænd the frozen berries until they are completely fine diced, mix the Yogurt, berries, and egg snaps, style it in the freezer and wait approx. 2 hours.
Garnish: (must first be made just before serving) Blænd strawberries and sugar together, layer a teaspoon and get small fine BLOBs where you seemed to fit.
Tips:
It is best to put the ice in a regtangel'formet Bowl, then you can turn it upside down and put it on a platter. Then can you get the icing on:)
