To prepare the Light caramels recipe, please follow these instructions:

Milk, honey, syrup and cornstarch are mixed together in a saucepan. It boils up to 130 degrees. Then add the butter and cocoa powder. It whipped into a light and airy mass, after which it is poured into a greased baking pan (you can also use wax paper). It is cooled and cut into cubes.

Tips:
It is a very child friendly recipe. It dates back from my grandmother's time where we just took what was in the kitchen. I'm doing it with my grandchildren and they always love it. Hope you also get as much pleasure from it.
