To prepare the Light apple pie I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip eggs and sugar together. Add melted butter and flour, stir the dough together and spread it into a greased raspberry pie (26 cm in diameter).
Peel the apples, cut them into thin boats and put them close to the dough.
Sprinkle with chopped almonds and sugar and put the shape in the oven on the bottom groove at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 30 minutes.
