1 | tbsp | Grovkværnet 5-pepper mixture |
1 | dl | Wheat flour |
1 | l | Whole milk |
100 | g | Butter |
1200 | g | Pig liver or 1000 g. lver and 200 g. smoked bacon |
2 | tbsp | Salt |
4 | Eggs | |
4 | Onion | |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
500 | g | Blubber |

To prepare the Leverpostej with whipped cream and maybe bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make a Bechamelsovs by melting butter and stirring flour. Warm through until total. Gradually add whipped cream and milk and cook the sauce through each time you add liquid. Add all salt and pepper. Cool completely if you want to freeze the raw liver postage. Can be used warm if you want to bake a large liver post immediately.
Chop liver, onion, spoon and possibly. Bacon if you like your liver postage taste of it. Stir this lot well with eggs and Bechamelsovsen. Fill in less ceramic or glass approx. 3/4 on. The shapes need not be greased. Behind 180 degrees for 1 hour. The liver post can be frozen after baking, but becomes a little crumbling. It is best to freeze the raw dough into smaller portions and bake as needed.
