Instructions for Lemon Salmon
To prepare the Lemon Salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set the yogurt for dripping - either in a coffee filter or in a sieve covered with a clean dishcloth. This must be done at least one hour before serving.
Before serving mix 1-2 tsp of grated lemon peel and salt and pepper in the dripped yogurt.
The salmon is diced dry and placed in a greased oven dish. Mix a lemon rasp of rasp, 3 teaspoons grated lemon peel and salt and pepper and advantage over the fish. The salmon dish is baked in the oven's upper half at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 12 minutes.
The carrots are peeled and cut into thin strips. They are shaken on the forehead in a little oil together with sage for taste and pleasure.
Lemon salad is served with carrots, yogurt and rice.
