Instructions for Lemon Moon - Pound Cake
To prepare the Lemon Moon - Pound Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start tearing the yellow peel of lemons, halve them and squeeze the juice of them.
The butter is stirred softly, the sugar is sprinkled with stirring. The eggs are added one at a time. Milk, baking soda and vanilla sugar are sifted together a couple of times and mixed in the dough gradually. Finally add the grated lemon shale and half of the lemon juice.
The dough comes in a round butter-buttered cake form approx. 24 cm. In diameter, placed in a cold oven. The temperature is set to 165 degrees and the cake is baked for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let the cake cool and make an icing of the last lemon juice and flour and crunchy fruit color if available.
