1.5 | Egg white, pasteurized | |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice. freshly squeezed |
2 | tbsp | Lemon peel |
200 | g | Icing sugar |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
5 | Eggs |
Instructions for Lemon Moon 02
To prepare the Lemon Moon 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter the mold, which may not be usmurte places on the form.
Beat the butter and icing sugar white. Add the eggs, one at a time. Don't touch too much, otherwise divide the dough. Turn the flour and baking powder (which has been previously mixed together) in the dough, and then add the lemon zest.
Got dough in a springform approx. 26 cm in diameter, and behind it in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C alm. oven.
Refrigerate the cake for 5 minutes before inverting out onto a rack.
Glaze: stir egg whites with powdered sugar. Add lemon juice and butter. The mass should be viscous. The butter shall ensure that the glaze does not "break"
Tips:
Serve immediately. The cake must not get in the fridge when the glaze otherwise it will melt.
