2Lemon, thereof
2tbspWater
3Egg yolk
3Egg white
4tbspLemon juice. freshly squeezed

Instructions for Lemon meringue pie

To prepare the Lemon meringue pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop butter and flour together to a grit lot, if necessary. With an electric whistle. Add water and stir it for a smooth dough. Leave it cold for a moment.

Roll out the dough to cover the bottom and bottom of the mold. Lay it quickly into the mold. Push the dough into the bottom and up the edges. Pour the dough into the bottom with a fork and preheat it at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes. Let it cool.
