2 | Egg white, pasteurized | |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice. freshly squeezed |
2 | Isinglass, leaves |
Instructions for Lemon fromage (diabetes)
To prepare the Lemon fromage (diabetes) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the gelatine soak in cold water for about 10 mins.
Beat egg yolks well with sugar for a light and airy egg mass.
Sweetener added.
The egg whites beaten stiff.
The cream whipped stiff.
Lemon juice and citrus peel lunes in a saucepan until it is finger warm.
