Vanilla biscuit or almond biscuits | ||
1 | Lemon juice from here | |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
75 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Lemon Cream
To prepare the Lemon Cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour sugar and cream into a pan.
Put the pot slowly in the boil while stirring thoroughly so that the sugar is dissolved.
Let the mixture boil for a further 3 minutes.
Pour the saucepan warm and pour the lemon juice in constant riot.
Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes and spread it in two glasses.
Put it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours before serving.
Server with vanilla cakes or almond biscuits.
