Ingredients for Lemming tonnes

Desiccated coconut | ||
1 | tsp | Vaniliesukker |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
2 | dl | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | tsp | Baking soda |
3 | tbsp | Cocoa |
350 | g | Icing sugar |
6-10 | tbsp | Boiling water |
Instructions for Lemming tonnes
To prepare the Lemming tonnes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Mix flour, sugar, egg-, and melted butter in a bowl, whisk in 3 min and add the baking powder
-Behind in the square for at 190 degrees for about 15-20 my.
-When the cake is cold, cut it into square pieces ca. 8 x 8 cm.
Glaze:-Mix butter, cocoa and boiling water, add icing sugar and vaniliesukker.
-Dip the cake pieces in chocolate mixture and then roll them in coconut
-Must dry for 30 min
Tips:
It gets really messed up for the roll cake strips in the glaze, but it's all worth it when you taste the finished result.
