Ingredients for Leek-thyme sauce
1 | dl | A38/junket |
1 | tsp | URf.eks vinegar, white wine vinegar |
1 | tsp | Honey |
1 | tbsp | Corn starch |
1 | tsp | Dried thyme |
15 | g | Butter or margarine |
2 1/2 | dl | Broth |
250 | g | Leeks |
Instructions for Leek-thyme sauce
To prepare the Leek-thyme sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the pores into thin rings (both the white and the green part). Put the porridge rings in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes and seal them and let them drip off. Sweat porcelain and thyme in butter or margarine without taking color. Put on the lid and let it sweat until the porrings are soft.
Add the honey and vinegar and let it boil. Bring broth and boil for 5 minutes. Stir corn starch and A38 / thick milk together, pour in the sauce and cook for 3-5 minutes with low heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
