2Tomatoes without pips and in small cubes

To prepare the Leek Potato Soup with radish and tomato recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Clean the leeks and cut them into slices. Onion and garlic cut into cubes. Saute the onion, garlic and paprika in a little olive oil. Add the potatoes and leeks and simmer for a few mins.

Add the water and let it cook for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Blend soup and season it with salt and pepper. If you want a more creamy soup, you can add cream.

By serving you can add a spoonful of chopped tomatoes and radishes on top.
