Stir yeast into water. Add yogurt, oil, salt and coarse flour. Mix the flour into a couple of times until the dough has the appropriate consistency. Bring the dough well together. Set it covered for raising 45 min. Form it to a round bread and let it adhere to 15 min. Put a thin layer of flour over the bread and baking bread for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
