Lammeschnitzler with oven baked tomatoes

Fat for frying
A little chili, finely chopped
Pepper
Salt
¼ kg Cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp Liquid honey
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 Shallots, finely chopped
2 Lamb schnitzels
2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

Oven-baked tomatoes: Bring the tomatoes in an ovenproof dish. Mix the other ingredients and pour it over the tomatoes. Place the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
