1tspRosemary

Instructions for Lamb with garlic sauce

To prepare the Lamb with garlic sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the lamb with small pieces of garlic and rub with spices and salt. The saucepan is placed in a small pan and browns approx. 15 minutes at 225 degrees. White wine is poured on and the lamb crumbles for approx. 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hour at approx. 180 degrees (depending on how pink you want the meat) The saucepan is packed in aluminum foil and rests approx. 10 minutes.

The staircase is poured into a pan. Garlic cloves are peeled and placed in a small pot of boiling water. Boils for approx. 1 minute and then poured into draining in a sieve. The small boil softens the taste of the garlic. The garlic cloves are chopped well and put in the steak box together with 1 dl. water. The sauce is warmed through and smoothed with cream and corn starch. Season with salt and pepper.
