Lamb broth

Instructions for Lamb Chicken Fried with Beer and Herbs

To prepare the Lamb Chicken Fried with Beer and Herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start 3 hours before serving due to The lamb must boil approx. 2 1/2 hour at low temperature.

Divide garlic cloves into quarters. Cut some small holes in the lamb and fill them with garlic. Place the lamb in a large ovenproof dish and butter it with dijonsennep. Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme, sprinkle the acacia honey, season with salt and pepper and pour the beer over. Put the lamb in the oven at 125 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 2 1/2 hours. Tear the earthquakes into thin slices. Whip lemon juice, lemon peel, olive oil and thyme together. Season with salt and pepper and pour marinade over the earthquakes. Let them pull for approx. 1 hour and mix with rucola just before serving.

Remove the lamb, set the temperature to 225 degrees C. alm. Oven and roast potatoes finished approx. 30 minutes with the meat resting.

Say the cloud from the lamb, add 2-3 dl lamb broth, cook up, evenly and taste with salt and pepper.

Cut the lamb in thin slices and serve them with sauce, potatoes and celery salad.
