To prepare the Lakridsis 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Egg yolks are whipped with the flour cream until it's all thick and airy. Add vanilla grains and stir. Pour lacrid powder into the pulp so it does not cling and stir. Whip the cream and turn it into the egg yolks. It all comes in a suitable shape (s) and is frozen in my 6 hours. Serve with peanut flamed strawberries or other fresh fruit.
