Ingredients for Løgsild

5-600 | g | Herring fillet (buy fresh or frozen herring fillets) |
Instructions for Løgsild
To prepare the Løgsild recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse, cut the dorsal fin of the herring. Fold the herring fillets out with meat side up, sprinkle with a little salt and freshly ground pepper and the juice of ½ lemon. Fold the herring together across. The onions peeled and cut in rings, which are broken up into rings. A baking dish greased with olive oil. Onion rings are added at the bottom of the dish, the herrings are added on top. The peeled lemon slices to be laid down between the herrings. Finally, pour a little olive oil over, sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, pour a little water at. FRY in the oven at 180-200 C for approximately 10-15 minutes, until golden in the skin.
