Ingredients for Løgboller

50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Butter |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Løgboller
To prepare the Løgboller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into 1 tsp sugar and 2 dl. hand-hot water. Leave it to the skimmer. Pour the flour, the salt, the rest of the sugar and onion in a bowl. Rub the butter in Whip the eggs and pour it over along with the yeast. Knead the dough and pour it out on a floured board. It should be smooth and elastic.
