Instructions for Kyllingboller

To prepare the Kyllingboller recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and ginger and let marinate the chicken pieces in these for about 2 hours.

Warm a little water, for it is hand warm and dissolve the yeast in it. Add salt, egg and, if desired. pepper and mix well. Add the flour. Add water and knead until the dough has a smooth consistency and is not too sticky.

Buns elevates snug and uncovered for 15 minutes. Brushed, if desired. Then bake for 25 minutes at 225 degrees. Serve warm, if possible. with salad.
