To prepare the Krakelinge or papkager recipe, please follow these instructions:

Eggs and sugar are beaten together with lemon rind and cognac, and the flour added gradually. Rolled thin out, and with a klejne track cut it out in ca. 3 cm wide strips, which in turn cut into 6-8 cm. long pieces, like on the bias. In the middle of each made a small incision, through which half of the klejnen twisted.
