To prepare the Koldthævet müslibrød with durum recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough should be made one day in advance. We're doing the normal before we go to bed so is the kla to the breakfast table the next day.
Dissolve the yeast in lunkt water.
Durummel, add salt and honey and stir to the achieved a smooth mass. Add the hvedemelen and then stir with a hand mixer for about 5 min to the dough is completely homogeneous.

If you are in doubt whether the bread is completely finished, you can poke with a knitting needle, if it is klisteret in the middle. If this is the case, it should have a little more (5-10 min).
