1 | tsp | Sugar |
100 | g | Grahams |
15 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Sun-dried tomatoes |
6 | dl | Cold water |
850 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Koldthævet bread with Sun-dried tomatoes
To prepare the Koldthævet bread with Sun-dried tomatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in yeast and water together. Stir in whole wheat flour, sugar and salt in.
Gradually add the flour and knead the dough supple. It must not be too dry. Let dough raise cold, covered with a tea towel for at least 8 hours. Set the tomatoes soak, while batters raises.
When the dough has raised, pour the water away from the tomatoes, chopped fine. Add the tomatoes, and knead the dough again.
Form a loaf of bread, and let it raise for 1 hour.
RIDs the bread and put it in the oven. Set on 190 grams, and behind it in ca. 45 min.
The bread can also bake without the sun-dried tomatoes.
