Ingredients for Kleftiko-Kliftiko

Possibly 100-200 grams of feta cheese
Possibly 8 Tbsp. red wine
Pepper
Salt
1tspMint
1tspOregano
2cloveGarlic into slices to the Lamb

500 - 600gShoulder of lamb without legs

Instructions for Kleftiko-Kliftiko

To prepare the Kleftiko-Kliftiko recipe, please follow these instructions:

Share the meat into four pieces. Put 4 incisions in each and every connector small slices with garlic in.

Take a suitable piece of aluminum foil so that it will be room for all the ingredients inside. Butter a little butter on the foil. Put a piece of meat on the foil together with potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic. Possibly a little feta cheese into cubes.
