Instructions for Kiymali asks
To prepare the Kiymali asks recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in milk.
Sift flour in a large bowl. Make a recess in the middle. Pour yeast, butter, 2 eggs and salt in the recess. Knead it into a soft dough. Set it aside and let it stand and raise.
Portion dough into pieces about the size of a lemon.
Filling: Brown meat and chopped onion in a little butter. Tyres and FRY further until væden has evaporated. Add salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Roll each piece of dough out to the become very thin, on a plate with flour.
Put some of the meat in the middle of the dough, fold ends inward. The filling must be visible.
Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven at moderart heat until they are golden.
Brush tops with melted butter, and serve immediately
