Instructions for Kiwitrifli with meringue
To prepare the Kiwitrifli with meringue recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the kiwis and cut them into slices. Overhang the macaroons with sherry. Bring egg yolks, sugar, potato flour, milk and vanilla grains to boiling point with strong whipping. Let it cool.
