3-4tspTomato puree or a ds. peeled tomatoes
400gBeef into cubes

Instructions for Khorehte bamieh

To prepare the Khorehte bamieh recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop onion and garlic. Put this brown in a saucepan.

Add the beef tooth and brown this. Then add water to cover the meat. Let boil and simmer for half an hour.

Add tomato sauce / peeled tomatoes, as well as saffron. Serve with lettuce and pepper.

Add bamieh approx. A quarter before the dish is served - they should not be cooked out, but still preserve the shape.

Server with Iranian rice and Iranian salad. Suitable for pickled vegetables.

tips:
You can get many different kinds of bamieh. In this dish do not use the big fresh bamieh, but the small 2-4cm you can get on the glass / can. Bamieh makes everything very slim, so I usually rinse them a little before I add them to justice.
