To prepare the Kartoffelscones recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are peeled and put into a large pot of salted water. Bring the water to boil and simmer the potatoes for 30-35 min. The water is poured and the potatoes are steamed completely dry in the pot.
The potatoes are purified to a lind mash. Mash the butter with butter and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour flour and baking soda into the bowl and turn into the mash with a palette knife.
