Instructions for Kartoffelrosti
To prepare the Kartoffelrosti recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and grate them on the rough side. Put the grated potatoes in a sieve, as they will throw a part liquid. Pressure the last moisture out of the potatoes and then put in a bowl.
Sample rives on the rough side and reversed in the split potatoes along with the rest of the ingredients.
Potato mass set using two spoons like little blobs on a hot frying pan with oil. Röstierne FRY ca. 2-3 min on each side, or until crisp and delicious.
