40 | g | Margarine |
400 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
500 | g | Squash |
7 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Karen's Zucchini casserole
To prepare the Karen's Zucchini casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:
The onions chopped, bell pepper and squash cut into cubes and mushrooms cut into slices.
Fry the chopped onion in margarine. Brown the meat in it. Let the first green pepper simmer with, then mushrooms and finally squash. Add the rest except cheese. And simmer 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese five minutes before serving.
Serve with rice, potatoes or bread.
